Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it.

As our team is looking for your tickets as soon as your order is validated, any mandate to purchase tickets on your behalf is firm and final.

However, if 30 days before the event we have not yet obtained your tickets you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Without action on your part, we will continue to search until 24 hours before your event.

Cancellation is also possible in certain specific cases (tickets not obtained in the chosen category, tickets not side by side, postponement of a concert) as indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Use in article 10 and for which the terms of reimbursement are specified in articles 11.4.
