Following the measures announced by the government concerning the Coronavirus, many events have been cancelled.

All our teams are mobilised to process the information we receive from event organisers and to pass the information along as soon as possible. We are currently dealing with an extremely high volume of cancellations / postponements and requests for information.

Due to the high volume of event cancellations and postponements, we encourage you not to request a refund directly: for conditions of refund or rescheduling on your order, please refer to the email you have received or will receive specific to your event (please also check your spam folder).

In the event that your event is cancelled, we will contact you to inform you of refund or rescheduling arrangements where possible. 

Any refunds should take up to 45 days after your event is cancelled to reflect on your account, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the exceptional nature of the situation, we advise you to also check the venue and/or event site for your event.

Please be aware that we are mobilized regarding the concerts and shows affected by the new measures announced by the government. We will keep you informed and respond to all requests as soon as possible!
