When an event is cancelled or postponed, if the order has already been fulfilled, we only refund the face value of the tickets.

In the case of a postponement or cancellation, you will be refunded the face value of the tickets. If the tickets have been purchased, Alex has fulfilled its mission and we therefore retain the service fee. Furthermore, as the postponement or cancellation is independent of our service, Alex cannot be held responsible for any additional costs (e.g. accommodation and transport bookings) and we will not be able to reimburse you for these costs.
