Data Protection Policy

Because fans are at the heart of everything we do, our goal is for you to continue to trust us to handle your personal information with respect and control.

We feel it is important for you to know what personal information OMEGA SAS ("we" or "us" or "OMEGA SAS") collects about you, and how we use it.

We have done our best to keep our explanations concise and easily understandable. However, if you would like more information or have any questions, please contact our Data Protection Officer using the contact information in the "Contact Us" section below.

If we make any material changes to our privacy practices, we will let you know. If necessary, we will also ask for your consent to such changes.

In accordance with the regulations in force (General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679 and the amended Act of 10 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties), you may exercise your rights (information, access, opposition, rectification, deletion) with regard to your personal data at any time, subject to proof of your identity. We have developed our Statement with your needs in mind. This Statement will apply to you depending on how you interact with us. For example:

1- When you sign up for a service, we use the information you provide to fulfill our obligations to you in the performance of that service and, where permitted, we will keep you informed of other events that may be of interest to you ;

2- When you browse our sites, we use cookies to personalize your experience and hopefully provide you with a more efficient browsing experience. Your choices and rights are explained in more detail below.

1- What personal data is processed and stored?

Personal data allowing your identification: title, name, first name, date of birth, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number.
Some personal data are mandatory (fields marked with an asterisk). Otherwise, we will not be able to provide you with the service.
Data related to your purchases (including the list of purchases made and the date of the purchases).
Data to track your use of and interaction with the content of the site. This collection occurs mainly through "cookies".

2- How do we use your information and why?

This section explains how we use your information and the legal basis for this use.

The processing of personal data is legally based on the execution of a contract, the legal obligations incumbent upon OMEGA SAS, the legitimate interests of OMEGA SAS and, where applicable, your consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

1. For the performance of a contract with you

We use your information, when you enter into a contract with us (e.g., to sign up for a mandate, to:

- process your order,
- obtain payment,
- deliver your order to you,
- provide you with customer support.

2. To pursue our legitimate business interests

- To conduct market research and analysis to help us improve and customize our products and services.
- For marketing purposes, unless your consent is required for such marketing activities (see section 3 below).
- To send you customer service messages including booking confirmations and event reminders.
- To prevent or detect unlawful conduct, to protect or enforce our rights as defined by law

When you have provided us with your consent

- To contact you with information and offers regarding our events, products similar to your purchases, via email, push or web notifications, texting, or social networks. You may change your marketing preferences at any time. Please see the "Your Choices, Your Rights" section below.
- To provide you with targeted advertising and marketing. For more information, see our Cookie Policy
- To collect information from your device's directory (Contact name, phone number). We do this so that we can offer you the events your contacts are attending, the artists you have in common and connect you to them so that you can attend the same events together. We may also use this information to improve the Services with additional features, and for any other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may revoke your consent at any time for us to continue to collect information from your device's directory by changing your device settings if your device offers this option.
- To display your user image (or avatar) as a profile picture on your customer account.

Privacy Statement: Data Retention

We retain data in accordance with our internal policies to manage your account and provide the goods and services you have requested. We also retain certain data to comply with our legal obligations. The retention periods for the main categories of personal data we process are set out below:

3 years from the date of the last purchase on the account or the last interaction (login to the customer account, opening and clicking on an email.)
Customer account information without any purchase

3 years from the date of registration or from the date of the last interaction (opening and clicking in an email)
Payment card information
No banking data is stored by OMEGA SAS

3- With whom do we share * your data and why?

The data that we collect may be transmitted to certain external service providers, they concern in particular: the processing of product orders, the delivery of products, the processing of payments. These third party service providers have access to the personal information needed to perform their services and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose and are required to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Some personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.

When we transfer personal information to countries outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that the information is transferred in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Example: a saas platform ( that supports part of OMEGA SAS's customer relationship activity; all necessary measures and guarantees to secure such transfers have been taken.

Where we base our processing on your consent, you may withdraw your consent as indicated below.

- To stop receiving our marketing information, you can change your preferences in your account, or follow the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send you, or contact us to do so for you.
- To opt-out of the use of cookies and tracking tools, please see our Cookie Policy.

Your Rights

You also have rights as to how your personal information is used, including:

- the right to object to the processing of your data by our services,
- the right to request that your information be deleted or restricted for future use,
- the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you,
- the right to correct, amend or update the information you have provided to us (where you have an account with us, you can also do this by logging in and updating your information)
- the right to challenge any automated decision we make about you. An automated decision is a decision made without any human intervention that has legal consequences (e.g. credit check). Generally, we do not use automated decision making, but if we do use such decisions, we will clearly tell you.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us. Please note that, although we carefully evaluate every request we receive, your rights may differ depending on where you live, and we may not always have to comply with your request. In these cases, we will explain why.

5- Security of your information

We are committed to ensuring that your information is treated confidentially and securely, and we have implemented appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal data.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide you with the services you request for the purposes described in this policy and for legal purposes that require us to retain the information. We securely delete your information when it is no longer required for the purposes described in accordance with our corporate policies.

The personal data we collect may be transferred to or stored in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where laws on the processing of personal data may be less stringent than those in your country. It may also be processed by personnel operating outside the EEA working for us or one of our agents or suppliers.

Currently, your collected personal data is stored in our data centers and on cloud networks located or hosted in Europe.

Where your personal data is transferred to parties outside the EEA, we will conduct an assessment and take appropriate steps to ensure that such third parties provide an appropriate level of security for such personal data and respect your privacy rights. These safeguards are designed to ensure that a similar level of protection is provided to your data when it is transferred and may include:

- transferring your personal data only to countries that are considered by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data;
- or entering into specific contractual arrangements, approved by the European Commission, which provide the same protection for personal data as within the EEA (e.g. when transferring data to the USA);
