When will I receive my tickets?
When you order, if the tickets are already available you will receive them within a few days of your purchase. If the event is currently Sold Out, tickets can be sent up to the day before the event.

When our clients call on Alex, our team search for tickets for you, on your behalf. We offer a mandate service. We do not offer our services to buy and sell your tickets. However, other solutions exist and we advise you to get information on resale sites from private individuals for example. :)
I've lost my tickets! What can I do?
If your tickets are in electronic format, don't worry! Just contact our customer service and we will send them back to you as soon as possible. All the tickets are in my name, is that a problem?

I would like to give the tickets as a gift but I only entered my name when ordering, how does it work?
It is not possible to change the name on the ticket, however you can give a photocopy of your ID and a proxy letter to the spectator. We invite you to provide a power of attorney and a copy of your ID to the person who will be attending the event, so that they can prove that they know the buyer. Rest assured, this will not cause any problems in gaining access to the venue.
Are your tickets genuine?
We source your tickets from official ticket offices. When you place an order, our teams act as agents and procure your tickets for you. We buy your tickets from our network of professionals. All tickets come from approved ticketing companies and you can go to your concert with peace of mind, so you won't have to worry about getting in to your concert!
Can I choose the format of my tickets?
With Alex, it is not possible to choose the format of your tickets. They are either in electronic format (e-ticket) or in paper format. We cannot confirm this in advance as the format of the tickets is dependent on our suppliers. -If we receive your tickets in electronic format (e-ticket) from our suppliers, we will send your tickets in PDF format by email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. I have received an e-ticket, is it reliable?
