We would like to say a big yes, but unfortunately it is not possible to choose a specific seat. On Alex you can choose the category but we do not yet offer the possibility to book a specific seat. Our team then does its best to take the best seats from those available at the time of purchase.
Are my seats next to each other?
Would you like to share a pleasant moment with your family or friends at the concert or match of your dreams? No problem! On Alex, if you book two, three or four seats in one order, our team will search for seats side by side for you. All orders are processed individually at the time of purchase, so please book your seats in one order. If your seats do not appear to be side by side, please contact our customer service! People with reduced mobility
Due to the nature of our service we are unable to provide reservations for people with reduced mobility as we cannot guarantee placement in advance. The arrangements for obtaining these seats vary from venue to venue and event to event, and to commit to providing these seats to our clients would be to risk disappointing them at the end. We guarantee the category, but it is not possible to choose a specific location.
