Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it. As our team is looking for your tickets as soon as your order is validated, any mandate to purchase tickets on your behalf is firm and final. However, if 30 days before the event we have not yet obtained your tickets you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Your account is debited as soon as your order is confirmed. In order to allow our team to have the amount available for the purchase of the tickets, your account is debited upon validation of your order. This may take a few days to appear in your bank account.

My event has been cancelled but I have already booked transport and accommodation, can I be reimbursed for these costs?
When an event is cancelled or postponed, if the order has already been fulfilled, we only refund the face value of the tickets.
