Sold out events
As part of a search mandate for a sold-out event, we will monitor the availability of tickets on a daily basis across the entire network of official ticket offices. As soon as new tickets are available, we immediately purchase them for you, on your behalf. You will then receive them directly in your mailbox. I would like to reserve a parking space
We do not (yet) handle reservations for parking. If you wish to park nearby to attend the concert, we therefore advise you to ~~prevent traffic jams~~ contact the concert venue directly who will be able to tell you how to book a parking space. 🛴
I want to book more than 4 tickets!
Orders are limited to 4, as beyond that it is difficult to guarantee side-by-side placements. So if you want to book more tickets, you have to place several orders, but unfortunately they cannot be side by side. There are rumours that my favourite artist is coming! Will I be able to book tickets on your website for this event?
Remember to sign up for our alerts for artists whose upcoming tours you don't want to miss! If you want to know if we are going to offer our services for a particular artist, it's easy! Just go to the [Artists] section (https://hey-alex.fr/artiste) of our website and search for your artist in the search bar. You will then be able to subscribe to our newsletter and we will notify you if we open this event on our website. In case your artist is not listed, please contact our customer service.
Has my order been processed?
As soon as you have validated the payment, boom! An automatic confirmation email summarising your order information is sent to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. Well, we say boom! it sometimes takes a few minutes... Then remember to check your spam filters too.
